As said before, I am a photographer, graphic designer, image uploader, categoriser and a deletionist in Commons. On one hand, I upload free and necessary images for all versions of Wikipedia, which can be my work or someone else's work. On the other hand, I request to delete suspicious images (copyvio, out of scope, etc.). I also categorise free images into appropriate categories per COM:CAT.
I love photography. I have travelled to numerous places within India and taken photographs of them. However, due to workload and privacy, I cannot upload many of them. Instead, I have focused on categorising existing images.
Although I appreciate all other Commons users who have done their best to enrich this repository, the following users are worth special mentioning. I follow them and see some of their excellent files.
শরদিন্দু ভট্টাচার্য্য (talk·contribs) (Saradindu Bhattacharyya) – for his photography of Greater Kolkata and beyond. He also has an extensive collection of Durga Puja photographs in and around Kolkata, possibly the largest ever for a user.
