Add a Task Order to Our IDIQ Contract with the GSA

If you’d like to add a Task Order to our IDIQ Contract with the GSA (GSA SBIR Phase III IDIQ 47QFLA21D0013), follow the process detailed below.

Email federal@galvanize.com if you’d like to purchase a course seat using a Government Purchase Card (GPC) for direct enrollment. Make sure to complete all steps before socializing cohort information to your applicants.

Contact our Active Duty Team

If you are Active Duty Military, engage with Galvanize via federal@galvanize.com to discuss technical requirements, service offerings, pricing information, and the corresponding CLINs to be added to your organization’s Task Order.

We will connect you via email to our GSA Project Manager (PM), who will work with you to complete the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE).

Partner with the GSA to complete the funding document, including the Interagency Agreement (IA) Part A, IA Part B and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR).

Review and sign the Scope Determination, completed by the GSA Project Manager.

Identify an individual within your organization willing to be the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for the Task Order period of performance; they’ll be responsible for reviewing and accepting invoices, reviewing contractor deliverables, and filling out CPARS at the end of the Task Order year.

GSA issues a solicitation, and Galvanize submits a proposal in response to the solicitation; your TPOC will sign an NDA and review the proposal for technical acceptability.

Funding is received from your organization and the Task Order is awarded after the GSA writes the technical-evaluation report and award-decision document.
