LEARNING MODULES
Participants learn how to drive success by aligning products with your organization’s mission, vision, and goals.
Learn about the product development process, product life cycle, and the key roles of successful product teams.
Gain the ability to explain and illustrate the principles of different Agile methodologies.
Develop a product vision by leveraging user personas, formulating testable product hypotheses, and creating a roadmap and product backlog.
Learn how to articulate the importance of user personas, formulate user interview questions aligned to best practices, and apply user-centered design principles.
Set effective testing strategy, implement quality assurance measures, and utilize success metrics to drive product excellence and continuous improvement.
Utilize practical techniques for a successful product launch, conduct thorough post-launch analysis to drive informed decision-making, and optimize future product iterations.
Meet two days a week (9am – 5pm) for live online instruction, leaving three weekdays to dedicate to other responsibilities.
Implement industry best practices while learning and engaging with your peers.
Collaborate with fellow students and demonstrate knowledge to peers and leadership.
